1. How long does shipping take?
Standard Canada shipping takes 5–8 business days. Standard international take 7-8 business day, delivery times vary .
Tracking is always provided.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note international customers are responsible for customs, duties, and import taxes.
3. How do I start a return?
Email us at ms.babystoree@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide a return label and instructions.
4. Can I exchange an item?
Yes! Simply start a return for the original item, and once it’s approved, place a new order for the desired size or color.
5. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We sincerely apologize! Email us right away with your order number and photos at ms.babystoree@gmail.com and we’ll fix it ASAP.
6. Are sale items returnable?
All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
7. I entered the wrong address — what can I do?
Please contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address. Unfortunately, once it’s shipped, we cannot reroute it.
